If you need it, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have two weeks after receiving your furniture to request a return. Anything you want to return or exchange must be in the same condition that you received it. Most of what we sell is solid wood or a sofa with a solid wood frame, which means it arrives ready-assembled; if it isn't, it will need to be in an unassembled state. If you can fit items back into their original packaging, they will be better protected for the journey back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it's delivered and contact us immediately if anything is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll then be able to evaluate the issue and make it right. If the outer box of something looks damaged when our couriers deliver it to you, you may wish to ask them to wait while you check it. This would allow you to refuse the delivery if needed, so we'd then be able to take the item back right away and then send a replacement. Exchanges
We are always more than happy to exchange your furniture for something different, as long as it's in the same condition it was delivered in. Please note that returns or exchanges are subject to a fee of £81 to cover return collection costs; this will be subtracted from any refunds. Should you choose a new item that costs more or less than the original item (and the return collection cost), we'll make arrangements with you to refund or settle the difference before we deliver your new products.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
