• Please check your packaging fully upon delivery. If there is any damage to the packaging, please indicate this when signing for delivery whilst the drivers are still present. 
  • Transit damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery. 
  • Please check all items/pieces for any damage prior to assembly. 
  • Please report your issue and we will contact you to offer a repair, exchange or refund. We will then ask you to upload 5 photographs to verify the condition of the item you would like to return.
