Before you complete the following form, please read this information:

  • Please check your order confirmation for the expected lead time of your delivery. If the lead time has not passed then the delivery company will contact you to arrange a date for the delivery of your furniture.
  • The day prior to delivery you will be advised of an estimated time slot.
  • If you have selected named day delivery (this is only available on selected products), you will be contacted on the day of delivery by the delivery company with an estimated time slot.
  • Unless you have selected a product which is available on our Named Day Delivery service, we are unable to take specific delivery date and time requests.
  • Our delivery service includes delivery to the room of your choice, however this service does not include removing any packaging, or any assembly.
  • Please note we do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays and due to delivery restrictions, some other dates may be excluded from our delivery schedule.
