Before you complete the following fields, please read this information:

  • Any packaging damage needs to be noted when signing for the delivery as damaged on receipt of your goods.
  • Upon receiving your goods any damages or faults to any of the products must be reported within 7 days.
  • Our Customer Service Department is open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

EVALUATION OF PRODUCTS

Many of our products are crafted from natural materials, as a result certain characteristics can be mistaken for faults, for example:

Product Environment: You may experience swelling or stiffness on doors and drawers, the issue will normally resolve itself after a few days once the furniture has had a chance to acclimatise, you can try moving the drawers around to aid the process.

Variations of colour, grain pattern & shade: Differences in colour, grain pattern and shade may occur, we make every effort to keep these to a minimum.

As mentioned above, if you experience any of these issues you may need to make some minor adjustments. These are not considered faults and are expected with natural materials being exposed in new environments.

SENDING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS

We would like to see the issues you are experiencing, in order for us to resolve your issue promptly it is important that we see photographs of the items and the batch numbers.

To resolve any issue, please follow these guidelines.

  1. Close up – take a clear, close up photograph of the damage / fault with a ruler or penny in the image to provide a sense of scale.
  2. Whole item – take a clear photograph of the whole item showing where the damage / fault is located.
  3. Batch label – take a clear photograph of the label attached to the item, this is usually found underneath the tables, under the right facing drawer on the back of sideboards, and on the box for smaller items.
  4. Packaging – If your product has been received damaged – take a clear photograph of the packaging it came in.
  5. Distance – If your item is more than 4 week old then take a distance photograph of the whole item situated in the room showing all 4 walls.
